These are digitally enhanced photographs of the old (decayed) Frankford Terminal in Philly. The last picture is a shot of the new terminal as seen from the platform of the old terminal. (The old platform no longer exists.) In the second to last photo, you can see a news-cameraman taking his last shots as well.
